       ○    Contract for services and goods for the community
       ○    Maintain and repair of common areas and amenities
       ○    Collect Assessments

★    Vote in the decision making process 

 

★    Enforce the community’s governing documents 

 

★    Attend board meetings and one annual homeowner meeting
